1. About us

2. Who can use Evymi

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. If you're under 16 in the UK (or the equivalent local age), please use Evymi with a parent or guardian's involvement.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it's been compromised.

4. Subscription and billing

Some Evymi features are available with a paid subscription. Prices, trial periods and renewal terms are shown on our pricing page before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, per Apple's App Store rules where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Evymi. Our full acceptable use policy has the details. Repeated or serious breaches may lead us to suspend or close your account.

6. Not medical advice

• Evymi is a wellbeing tracker. It is not a medical device.
• Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Never delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something you read in Evymi.
• In an emergency call your local emergency number.

7. Intellectual property

Evymi, the Evymi name and the app content (other than your own data) are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non- transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you log. You grant us a licence to store, process and display it for the purpose of running the service, as described in our privacy policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Evymi available and reliable but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Evymi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If the changes are significant we'll tell you before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that consumers keep the benefit of any mandatory local law.
